PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (“Garuda”) provides an opportunity for Web Accelerator and Bot Protection Manager Service System Provider to be registered as Vendor with general qualifications as follows :

Web Accelerator :

  1. General Requirement
  1. Have Legal Entity.
  2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
  3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

 

  1. Specific Requirement
  1. Have capabilities and experiences of providing Web Accelerator Services that able to guarantee the enhancement of the performance accessibility to Garuda E-Commerce Applications
  2. Have Helpdesk Support 24/7
  3. Have Capability of providing website accelerator provider that able to quicken the interactive content performance in website or mobile applications

 

 

BOT Protection Manager :

General Requirement :

  1. Have Legal Entity.
  2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
  3. Willing to follow the Procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.

Specific Requirement :

  1. Have capabilities and experiences of providing Bot Protection Manager System Services that able to guarantee the security level of applications access including the prevention act of robotic access
  2. Have Helpdesk Support 24/7

  2. Administrative Documents  :
    1. Articles of Associations
    2. NPWP and PKP
    3. Recent tax payment in last 2 years
    4. SIUP
    5. Certificate of Domicile
    6. Company Registration Number
    7. Financial Report in last 2 years
  3. List of Work Experiences related in providing Web Accelerator and Bot Protection Manager Service System

 

 Vendors are welcome to submit the documents regarding one of those needs or select one of those needs.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
