1. Legal Entity.
2. Not involved in the criminal case that can impacted to operational failure.
3. Willing to follow the procurement procedure applicable at Garuda.
4. Can provide Suitcase of 2024 with following spec :

• Material / Color: Polypropylene Shell, Black
• Capacity: 112 Liters Weight: 5.5kg

  • ⁠Rubber Seal
  • 4 points double wheels
  • Multiple Interior Comparments
  • don’t use zipper
  • plain elegant
  • The Garuda logo and permanent 'Aircrew' writing are gold
  • Include the Year of Production

For those Participant who have experience and interested in providing The Suitcase of 2024, are required to submit some document (format document can be access through link  Kelengkapan Dokumen administrasi & Teknis - Koper Besar Tahun 2024.docx  and email to reizsa.ys@garuda-indonesia.com no later than Monday, April 29th 2024 on 12.00 PM Jakarta Local Time.

We will evaluate using the applicable rules in Garuda after receipt the documents.

Garuda did not collect any fees in the vendor registration process as well as the procurement process.
